船舶碳排放MRV技术探析

Analysis of MRV technology for ship carbon emissions

该文通过对国际大背景和国内横向其他行业的分析,指出针对我国航运企业开展船舶碳排放MRV(监测、报告和核查)工作是大势所趋,可促进船舶节能减排,与船东利益一致。通过研究国际海事组织、欧盟和我国相关温室气体排放的报告要求,结合航运企业特点,研究适合于我国航运企业采用的MRV体系,具有显著的社会效益。

This paper analyzes the international background and other industries in the domestic horizontal direction,and points out that it is an irresistible trend to carry out marine carbon emission MRV work for Chinese shipping companies.It is to promote energy conservation and emission reduction of ships,which also meets the interests of ship owners.By studying the reporting requirements of the International Maritime Organization,the Europeanof shipping comp Union and China's relevant greenhouse gas emission regulation,combined with the characteristics anies,our study of MRV(monitoring,reporting and verification)system suitable for China's shipping companies,and have a variety of social benefits as well.
