摘要
该文提出了海洋工程船一种基于经济性、技术性和环境性的综合经济航速的模型,并通过多目标优化来计算船舶经济航速。根据航速范围、航行时间等构建模型约束条件,采用K-means算法对航线分段处理,利用CFD船舶水动力仿真技术求解,采用多项式拟合其水动力性能数据,然后对所求得的Pareto最优解集进行优选。通过MATLAB2010软件和Microsoft SQL Server 2008数据库开发了经济航速计算软件平台,计算海工辅助船经济航速。文中提出的经济航速与设计航速及时间的限制有关,可作为营运阶段船舶航速参考,提供减少船舶温室气体排放和节约运营成本的有效措施。
This paper presents a model of comprehensive economic speed based on economy,technology and environment for a marine engineering ship,and calculates the economic speed of the ship with multi-objective optimization.According to the speed range,sailing time and so on,the constraints of the model are constructed.Using the K-means algorithm to segment the route and the hydrodynamic simulation technology of CFD to solve the problem.The hydrodynamic performance data is fitted by polynomial.Then optimizing the obtained Pareto optimal solution set.With MATLAB2010 software and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database,a software platform for calculating the economic speed of ships was developed to calculate the economic speed of the marine auxiliary ship.The economic speed proposed in this paper is related to the design speed and time limit.It can be used as a reference for ship speed in the operational phase,providing effective measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and save operating costs.
