摘要 根据国际海事组织IMO(International Maritime Organization)有关能效指数计算的指南,分析了影响船舶能效指数,包括设计指数和营运指数等几种因素,通过船舶在设计阶段进行合理的选型和优化,以及船舶在营运过程执行有效的操作和管理,采取各种措施减少能源消耗,提高能源利用率,同时降低CO_2和氮氧化物的释放量,达到节能减排目的。 According to the guide about Energy Efficiency Index calculation from IMO(International Maritime Organization),to analysis the indexes those will affect Ship Energy Efficiency,those include Ship design index,Operation index,etc.,based on the suitable lectotype selection and optimization during ship designing,as well as the effective operation&management in ship operation,to look forward better way to reduce fuel capacity and increase energy utilization,then also reduce the emission of CO2&NOx,towards the target for energy-saving and emission-reduction.
