摘要
预估型材下陷回弹补偿量是飞行器数字化制造的关键技术之一。选择L型材和T型材作为研究对象,利用有限元方法模拟型材下陷成形过程,预测型材下陷回弹补偿量,通过型材下陷成形试验验证了有限元方法的合理性,并分析了模具压下量与目标下陷深度的关系。结果表明:型材下陷过渡区附近的区域回弹量大,距离下陷过渡区的位置越远,回弹量越小; L型材直下陷成形后的回弹量比T型材直下陷成形后的回弹量大;有限元仿真结果合理,能够满足回弹预测的需要。所提出的有限元模拟及试验方法可以用来指导生产实践,为模具回弹补偿提供参考依据,减少制造成本。
Estimating the springback compensation of the profile recess is one of the key technologies for digital manufacture of aircraft. Finite element analysis( FEA) was used to simulate the forming process of L and T profile recesses and predict the springback compensation of the recesses. Experiments of profile recesses forming was further used to verified validity of the FEA,and the relationship between the die reduction and the target recess depth was also analyzed. The results showthat the springback of area near the transition zone is large,and the farther the area,the smaller is the springback. The springback value of L profile is higher than that of T profile after straight recesses form. The simulation results of FEA are reasonable,which meet the need of springback prediction. The FEA and experiment method proposed in this paper can be used to guide the production practice,which provide references for springback compensation of the die and reduce manufacturing cost.
