Current status of family doctor contract service in Shunyi District of Beijing and countermeasures

随着医药卫生体制改革的深入推进,进一步发挥基层医疗机构中家庭医生的守门人作用,对于实现基层首诊、分级诊疗、双向转诊,建立"小病在社区、大病到医院、康复回社区"的就诊格局有着深远的意义。文章基于当前国家医药卫生体制改革背景之下,讨论和分析顺义区家庭医生签约服务的现状和存在问题,进行深入思考并提出科学合理的应对之策,旨在为政府部门进一步推进和完善家庭医生签约服务、制定相关政策提供科学的依据。

With the deepening of the medical and health system reform,giving full play to family doctors working as gatekeepers in grass-roots medical institutions is of great significance to realize the goal of initial diagnosis at community clinics,hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and two-way referral,and to establish a three-level triage system of"treating minor illness in community clinics,treating severe diseases in hospitals,and receiving rehabilitation back in the community".In the context of the national medical and health system reform,this article analyzes the status quo of family doctor contract service in Shunyi District of Beijing and proposes a series of scientific and reasonable countermeasures,aiming at providing evidence for government departments to further promote and improve family doctor contract service and develop relevant policies and regulations.
