信息系统的整合应用对手术供应路径管理的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的运用先进的数字化信息管理系统,优化现有的手术供应模式,实现工作智能化、动态化和信息化管理。方法将医院信息系统(HIS)、手术室手麻系统、消毒供应中心追溯系统开放口对接,实现与临床科室的信息交互,获取精准手术供应需求,并且实时更新,动态掌握手术状态;保障应急手术器械供应,通过不同时段的工作量峰谷图,消毒供应中心充分利用人力资源,实施弹性排班。利用手麻系统手术器械清点模块,采取第三方质量控制,形成质量指标,提高临床服务满意度。结果 2017年5月应用整合的信息系统后,与应用该系统前的4月相比,手术量无明显变化,但手术器械包供应差额由128个降至27个;将其用于人力资源调配进行弹性排班后,人员加班时间由214小时降到68小时;应急器械保障率由91%提高到97%;临床服务满意度由92%提高到98%,这些指标在该系统使用前后的差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。此外,通过信息管理数据统计来调整器械包基数,在保障供应的同时减少失效包,做到了按需供应。结论将整合的信息系统运用于手术供应路径管理,有利于实施弹性排班,提高工作效率及质量,最终提高临床服务满意度。 Objective To optimize the current surgical supply mode and achieve intelligent,dynamic,and information-based management by introducing advanced digital information management systems.Method The open interfaces of hospital information system(HIS),operating room hand anesthesia system,and disinfection supply center traceability system were docked to achieve the information exchange with clinical departments,so as to acquire the information on precise demands for surgical supply.The data were updated in a real-time manner,offering dynamic information on surgical status.The integrated application ensured the supply of emergency surgical instruments.Based on the peak and valley chart of workload,the disinfection supply center made full use of human resources for flexible shift management.The surgical instrument checking module in the hand anesthesia system was used;and the third-party quality control was adopted to set up quality indicators and improve the satisfaction with clinical services.Results The integrated information system was adopted in May 2017.There was no significant change in the amount of surgery compared with the amount in April 2017;however,the supply surplus of surgical instrument packages was reduced from 128 to 27.The guarantee rate of surgical emergency instruments increased from 91%to 97%(P<0.05);and the overtime work decreased from 214 hours to 68 hours(P<0.05);and the rate of satisfaction with clinical services increased from 92%to 98%(P<0.05).In addition,the basic number of surgical instrument packages was adjusted according to the information management data,which reduced the failure packages and achieved on-demand supply.Conclusion The application of integrated information system in the surgical supply path management is conducive to the implementation of flexible shift management,increases work efficiency and quality,and ultimately improves the satisfaction with clinical services.
