摘要
门诊患者就医体验直接关系到我国居民对医疗卫生服务质量的感受,关系到医疗卫生行业的发展。患者就医体验能够反应医疗卫生服务水平的现状,是提高服务质量的重要环节。文章对国内外门诊患者就医体验的相关概念、研究现状进行了综述,并介绍了门诊患者就医体验的测量工具,以期为后续研究和实践理清思路。
Outpatients’experience in seeking medical service is directly related to the residents’perception of the quality of health care services and the development of medical and health undertakings in China.The experience can reflect the status quo of health care services and is an important element to help improve the quality of medical service.This article reviews the concepts and recent studies of outpatients’experience in seeking medical service and introduces the tools for measuring outpatient experience,in an attempt to shed light on future studies and practices.
