十九大新形势下本科生导师制的推行与建议——以东北林业大学车辆工程专业为例

Implementation and Suggestion of Undergraduate Tutor System under the New Situation of the 19th CPC National Congress: Taking the Vehicle Engineering Major of Northeast Forestry University as an Example

在党的十九大新形势下,高等教育面临着更大的机遇与挑战,本科生导师制是我国高校为提高本科生教学质量而实行的制度,还存在着一些问题,在十九大精神指导的基础上,加强本科生导师在人才培养方面的作用,建立本科生导师学业和思想政治教育新模式,加强对本科生的创新能力培养,对提高人才培养质量和推进高等教育改革有着更加鲜明的理论意义和现实意义。

Under the new situation of the 19th CPC National Congress,higher education faces greater opportunities and challenges.Undergraduate tutor system is a system implemented by Chinese colleges and universities to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.There are still some problems.Under the great spiritual guidance of the 19th Congress,colleges and universities should not only strengthen the role of undergraduate tutors in personnel training,but also establish ideological and political education new model of undergraduate tutors.We should strengthen the cultivation of undergraduates'innovative abilities,and improve the quality of personnel training and promote higher education reform,which have more vivid theoretical and practical significance.
