当代大学生法治观念现状调研报告

Investigation Report on the Status Quo of Contemporary College Students' Awareness of Rule of Law

为了解当代大学生法治观念现状,本文从法治认知、法治评价、法治情感和法律运用四个维度对当代大学生的法治观念现状进行了考察。经调研,当代大学生法律意识已形成,但法治认知模糊;法治期待已产生,但法治评价偏低;法治情感渐生,但法治信仰缺失;守法意识较强,但用法能力不足。

In order to understand the status quo of contemporary college students'awareness of rule of law,this paper examines the status quo of contemporary college students'awareness of rule of law from the four dimensions of cognition of rule of law,evaluation of rule of law,emotion of rule of law and law application.After investigation,it is found that contemporary college students'awareness of rule of law has been formed,but their cognition of rule of law is vague;the expectation of rule of law has been generated,but the evaluation of rule of law is low;the emotion of rule of law is gradually growing,but the belief of rule of law is lacking;their law-abiding consciousness is strong,but their ability of law application is insufficient.
