校企合作培养模式下设施农业科学与工程专业综合实习的研讨

The Discussion of Comprehensive Practice of Facility Agriculture Science and Engineering Major under the Training Model of School-Enterprise Cooperation

校企合作人才培养是高等院校办学中由学术型向应用型转型发展的重要途径之一。为了探索该模式的具体实践办法,本文以河北科技师范学院设施农业科学与工程专业综合实习为例,结合该校目前校企合作应用现状,对校企合作人才培养模式在综合实习实施中的问题进行了研究与探讨,并提出了相应的对策和建议,为更好地实施提供有利参考。

Talent training in school-enterprise cooperation is one of the important ways of transformation from academic to applied in higher education institutions.In order to explore the concrete practice of this model,this paper took the comprehensive practice of Facility Agriculture Science and Engineering major in Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology as an example,combined with the current situation,made a research and discussion on that,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide a favorable reference for the better implementation.
