近十几年来,为了适应国际化发展,英护专业在我国的许多中高等医学院校应运而生。由于该专业较新,管理与教学经验不足,英护专业在班级管理方面面临许多挑战,所培养出的学生没有突出英语方面的优势。针对英护专业的性质与特点,有针对性地采取相应的措施来改善英护班级的管理效果,才能提高英护专业学生的培养质量,真正培养出能走出国门的高素质护理人才。

In the past ten years,in order to adapt to the international development,the English nursing major has emerged in many secondary and high medical colleges in China.As the major is relatively new and there is no enough management and teaching experience,the English nursing major faces many challenges in class management,and the students cultivated in the major do not have prominent advantages of English.In view of the nature and characteristics of the English nursing major,the corresponding measures are taken to improve the class management effect of the major,in order to improve the training quality of English nursing students,and truly cultivate high-quality nursing talents who are able to go abroad.
