基于翻转课堂的“金融市场学”多元化考核体系探究

Study on the Diversified Evaluation System of "Financial Market" Based on Flipped Classroom

翻转课堂是将教学重心从教师转向学生,对本科教学体系产生重要的影响。如何建立一个适宜的翻转课堂考核评价体系对其应用效果的提升具有重要的意义。本研究基于翻转课堂形式下的金融市场学课程,分析并建立起系统且多元化的质量考核体系,促进学生的学习参与,提高金融市场学课程的教学效果,为完善本科教学的质量评价提供参考。

Flipped classroom is to shift the focus of teaching from teachers to students,which has an important impact on the undergraduate teaching system.How to establish a suitable evaluation system for flipped classroom is of great significance to the improvement of its application effect.Based on the financial market course under flipped classroom,this paper analyzes and sets up a systematic and diversified quality evaluation system to promote students'participation in learning and improve the teaching effect of the course,with a view to providing reference for improving the quality evaluation of undergraduate teaching.
