Reform on the Biochemistry Teaching of Medical Examination Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges with the Orientation of Post Competency

本文以提高医学检验专业学生岗位胜任力为核心,根据高职医学检验专业人才培养方案,优化生物化学课程体系,改善教学方法和采取分层评价,发挥学科优势,培养学生学习、思考、动手和沟通能力,教育教学实践中的渗透岗位胜任力培养,促进医学检验专业教育改革和人才培养的科学化。

This paper,based on improving the post competence of medical examination majors,optimizes the course system of Biochemistry,improves teaching methods and adopts stratified evaluation according to the training program of the medical examination specialty in higher vocational education,and gives full play to the advantages of the subject and fostering the students'learning,thinking,hands-on and furrow ability,and the infiltration of education and teaching practice.The cultivation of post competency promotes the scientific reform of medical laboratory education and personnel training.
