区域中小学英语教师专业发展培训的思考与实践——以广州市H区为例

摘要 时下中小学教师培训现状存在一些问题,包括培训模式单一、流于形式等。本文结合笔者所在区域(H区)的中小学英语教师培训实践,阐述了对区域教师培训的一些思考,通过做好培训的需求调研,并根据培训对象的不同情况开展分层培训,内用外引培训资源,提高培训效益。 There are some problems in the current of teacher training in primary and secondary schools,including a single training model and mere formality.Combining the practice of English teacher training in primary and secondary schools in the author’s district(H district),this paper expounds some thoughts on district-level teacher training,conducts research on the needs of training,and carries on stratified training according to different situations of training objects.The training effectiveness should be improved by making full use of our own resources and bringing in new resources.
