我国区域经济发展质量研究综述

A Survey on the Quality of Regional Economic Development in China

改革开放40年来,我国各方面的发展都取得了非常巨大的进步,尤其是在经济发展上,成就了令全球为之惊讶的中国式增长速度。然而这种以要素驱动和投资驱动为主要手段、片面强调经济增长的发展方式也带来了许多经济发展不可持续的问题,例如粗放式增长所导致的资源耗费量大且效率不高、环境污染严重、生态环境恶化等。与此同时,学术界开始反思这些问题的来源,并对经济发展方式及其质量内涵开展了一系列有意义的研究。本文试图对经济发展质量内涵及其评价方法的现有研究进行综述,以期为相关研究和政策制定提供参考。

In the past 40 years since reform and opening-up,China has made great progress in all aspects of development,especially in economic development,which has made China's growth rate amazing to the whole world.However,this mode of development,with factors driving and investment driving as the main means and with a one-sided emphasis on economic growth,also brings about many unsustainable problems of economic development,such as large amount of resource consumption and low efficiency caused by extensive growth,serious environmental pollution and ecological environment deterioration.At the same time,the academic circle began to reflect on the sources of these problems and conducted a series of meaningful studies on the economic development mode and its quality connotation.This paper attempts to summarize the existing studies on the connotation and evaluation methods of economic development quality,in order to provide reference for related research and policy making.
