论网络舆论对司法公正的影响

On the Influence of Network Public Opinion on Judicial Justice

网络舆论具有两面性,一方面,网络舆论可以遏制司法腐败、维护司法公正;另一方面,如果对网络上鱼龙混杂的舆论不进行必要的规制,消极的网络舆论将会妨碍司法公正。本文从网络舆论对司法公正的影响为切入口,探讨了网络舆论影响司法公正的原因,及如何构建网络舆论对司法公正的监督机制。

Network public opinion has two sides.On the one hand,it can curb judicial corruption and maintain judicial justice.On the other hand,if there is no necessary regulation of the mixed public opinion on the Internet,negative online public opinion will obstruct the justice.Based on the influence of network public opinion on judicial justice,this paper discusses the reasons why network public opinion influences judicial justice and how to build the supervision mechanism of network public opinion on judicial justice.
