摘要
目的:了解基于"互联网+"的社区居家养老护理现状及需求,为社区居家养老护理提供思路。方法:采用便利抽样法选取126位老年人,采用自制调查问卷进行调查。结果:82.36%老年人未接受过基于"互联网+"的养老护理服务,70.63%老年人愿意使用基于"互联网+"的养老护理服务,50%以上老人希望通过"互联网+"得到医疗卫生、家政服务和精神慰藉等服务,其中医疗卫生的需求最高,61.11%的老人选择咨询热点作为获得护理服务的途径。结论:老年人愿意通过"互联网+"获得多元化的社区居家养老护理,基于"互联网+"的社区居家养老护理具有可行性。
Objective:To understand the current situation and needs of community home-based nursing care based on Internet+,and to provide ideas for community home care nursing care.Methods:126 elderly people were selected by convenience sampling method,and self-made questionnaire was used to investigate.Results:82.36%of the elderly are not accepted the old-age care services based on Internet+,70.63%of the elderly are willing to use based on the Internet+old-age care service,more than 50%of the elderly hope that through the Internet+get health care,domestic service and spiritual comfort,etc.61.11%of the elderly selected hotline for the access to care.Conclusion:The elderly are willing to obtain the diversified community home care nursing through Internet+.
