乡村振兴视域下基层党组织建设问题研究

Reflection on the Construction of Grass-roots Party Organizations from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

实施乡村振兴战略,是以党的初心和使命为指引,着眼于中华民族伟大复兴,顺应亿万农民对美好生活的追求与向往做出的重大决策。在这一背景下,基层党组织建设面临着如何优化调整村党组织设置、如何做好新时代农民思想政治工作、如何做好农村党员队伍发展管理教育工作、如何处理党员队伍管理信息化与缴纳党费之间的关系等诸多问题。对这些问题进行有益的思考和探索,对做好新时代农村基层党组织建设工作有所裨益。

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is guided by the original intention and mission of the CPC,focusing on the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation,and conforming to the great decisions made by hundreds of millions of farmers in pursuit of a better life.Under this background,the construction of grass-roots party organizations is faced with many problems,such as how to optimize and adjust the establishment of rural party organizations,how to do the ideological and political work of farmers in the new era,how to do develop and manage the rural party members,how to deal with the relationship between the informationization of praty members’management and the payment of party fees.The reflection and exploration of these problems is beneficial for the construction of the grass-roots party organizations in the new era.
