摘要 随着国际交往的日益频繁以及"一带一路"合作构想的提出,中国致力于发展同沿线国家的经济合作伙伴关系,高校商务英语专业教学发展和人才培养以更加强劲之势接轨国家社会经济建设和对外交往。医学院校商务英语专业如何深化内涵建设,创新人才培养模式,是我们面临的重大课题。本研究从培养目标、课程设置、培养途径、考核评估、师资建设等方面对人才培养模式进行探索,旨在提高人才培养质量,培养符合国家开放战略的优秀外语人才,这既关系到高校自身的发展建设,也与国家中长期教育改革和发展规划实现的目标密切相关。 As intercultural communication increases and the Belt and Road Initiative puts forward, China turns to bend itself to the promotion of the economic partnership with countries along the road. Chinese teaching development and talent training in Business English Major are closer to social and economic construction and external relations in the world than ever. Therefore how to strengthen connotation construction and develop creativity to improve quality in Business English Major talent training in medical universities becomes greatly urgent. This paper discusses such issue as program mission, course design, teaching approach, assessment system, teacher training. At the same time the relevant talent training models have close connection with self-development and the realization of national medium-and-long-term education reform and development plan.
