摘要
高等学校是现阶段我国高等教育教学被评估主体,而作为举办医学教育的高校,有必要建立自身内部教学评估长效机制,并把教学评估工作转化为学校教学管理的科学化、常态化、规范化行为,以促进医学院校的可持续发展和医学教育质量的稳步提高。以佳木斯大学为例,借鉴审核评估"问题导向"工作理念,学校形成了周期阶段、核心主题、分级分类的"三维式"内部教学评估长效机制,以此完善医学院校质量保障体系,使内部教学评估成为学校一项常态化工作。
The higher education institutions are the main body of higher education teaching evaluation in this country at present stage, while, as a higher education agency in which hosting medical education, it is necessary to establish long term mechanism and convert internal teaching evaluation into teaching management and teaching assessment of scientific, normalized and standardized behavior, in order to promote the sustainable development of medical colleges and universities and the quality of medical education steadily. Take Jiamusi university for example, it has formed the mechanism of Three Dimensional Ways internal teaching evaluation of the cycle phase, the core theme, and the grade classifying by the ideas of problem induced with the Audit Evaluation, so as to improve the quality assurance system of medical schools, making the internal teaching evaluation being a permanent work for them.
