Analysis of the Results of Clinical Skill Tests of the Residency Standardized Training Graduation Examination in Guangdong Province

分析广东省某考片住院医师规范化培训结业实践技能考核结果,探讨分片集中考核形式下住培成效、学员培养方案设计的合理性。选取参加2018年5月广东省某考片结业实践技能考核的内、外科专业考生,分析其考核成绩及对本次考核的满意度,对比单位人与专硕生间的差异。内、外科专业"操作技能"站通过率最高,外科专业"辅助检查"站通过率最低。考生对本次考核的总体评价较高,94.3%认为站点和站数设置合理;考核内容贴近临床实际案例和住培教学内容,能较真实反映临床实际水平且能发现自身不足。单位人与专硕生在各站考核成绩和自我评价方面均存在差异。当前的考核形式客观、有效,但仍存在不足,建议应根据基地实际情况,制定针对不同类型学员的培养方案。

To analyze the results of clinical skill tests of the residency standardized training graduation examination in Guangdong province, and to explore the effectiveness of residential training and the rationality of student training program design under the form of divided area and centralized examination. The trainees of internal and surgical specialty who took part in the clinical skill tests of the residency standardized training graduation examination in Guangdong province in May 2018 were selected, and their examination results and satisfaction with the examination were analyzed, and the differences between the units and the postgraduates were compared. The passing rate of "operation skill" station in internal and surgical specialty was the highest, and that of "auxiliary examination" station in surgical specialty was the lowest. The overall evaluation of the examination was high, 94.3% of the trainees thought that the site and the number of stations were reasonable, and the examination content was close to the actual clinical cases and the teaching content of residential training, which could reflect their actual clinical level and find their own shortcomings. There were differences between the units and the postgraduates with the assessment results of each station and self-evaluation. Current assessment forms were objective and effective; meanwhile there were still some shortcomings. It was suggested that training programs for different types of trainees should be formulated according to the actual situation of the base.
