摘要
目的建立评价研究性课程学习效果的方法,分析课程学习与医学专业学习之间的联系。方法87名临床医学三年级学生选修了研究性课程,参加了笔试、项目申请书提交和答辩;80名同年级未选课学生自愿参加了笔试考核。选课学生完成了调查问卷,并参加了学校统一组织的毕业考试。结果笔试成绩表明,选课学生研究设计能力明显高于未选课学生。选课学生笔试成绩与项目申请书评级之间无相关性。76%的选课学生赞同课程激发了研究兴趣。学生的研究能力与其专业知识的掌握程度无相关性。结论研究性课程有助于提升医学生的研究能力和研究意识,将成为医学专业课程体系的重要补充。
Objective This study aims to establish a method to evaluate the outcomes of scholarship and discovery course and to analyze the relationship between the student's performance of this course and medical professional courses. Methods 87 medical students in third grade took the course, and participated in the written examination, project application submission and the debate; 80 untrained students in the same grade voluntarily participated in the written examination. The trained students completed the questionnaire and participated in the graduation examination of the school. Results The data from the written examination showed that trained students were more skillful in experimental design than untrained students. There was no correlation between a given student's grade on the submitted project and his/her score on the written examination. About 76% of the trained students agreed that the course could stimulate their interests in research. There is no correlation between the student's performance of this course and the graduation examination. Conclusion The scholarly concentrations program is helpful to improve the research consciousness and skill of medical students, which can be an important supplement to the medical curriculum system.
