农村订单定向医学专科生职业认同及影响因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解云南省农村订单定向医学专科生对全科医生职业的认同情况,结合实际提出针对性的建议及措施,为相关部门进一步规范和完善农村订单定向医学专科生培养工作提供参考依据。方法采取分层整群抽样方法抽取3所高校共413名农村订单定向医学专科生进行问卷和访谈提纲调查,调查内容包括基本信息、到基层工作意愿、报考本专业原因、职业自豪感等方面的评价和建议。结果43.35%的农村订单定向医学专科生不愿意长期在基层从事全科医生工作。多数医学生报考前对专业不够了解,多为被动报考,对全科医生的职业地位、职业价值、职业自豪感等方面的认可有待提升,且履约期满后职业信念不坚定。结论高校应针对该群体加强职前教育和从业意愿引导;学生群体应端正学习态度,提升职业情感;政府需进一步完善相关培养政策,加强宣传力度。 Objective To understand the recognition of rural demand-oriented medical students in Yunnan province, and to put forward targeted suggestions and measures in combination with the actual situation, to provide reference for the relevant departments to further standardize and improve the training of rural demand-oriented medical students.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to extract 413 rural demand-oriented medical students from 3 colleges and universities for questionnaires and interviews.The survey included basic information, willingness to work at the grassroots level, reasons for applying for the profession and professional pride and other aspects of evaluation and recommendations.Results 43.35% of rural demand-oriented medical specialists were reluctant to work as general practitioners at the grassroots level for a long time.Most medical students do not know enough about the profession before applying for the exam, and most of them are passive candidates.The recognition of the professional status, professional value and professional pride of the general practitioner needs to be improved, and the professional belief is not firm after the expiration of the performance contract.Conclusion The training of colleges should strengthen the pre-employment education and the willingness guide; the students group should correct their learning attitude and enhance the professional emotions; the government needs to further improve the relevant training policies and strengthen the propaganda.
