摘要
目的调查本科护生自我领导力与职业价值观现状,并探讨两者间的关系。方法2018年4~5月,采用便利抽样的方法选取某高校护理学院的433名本科护生为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、自我领导力量表及职业价值观量表对其进行调查。结果本科护生自我领导力总均分为(3.73±0.67)分,职业价值观总均分为(3.85±0.66)分。本科护生自我领导力与职业价值观呈显著正相关(P<0.01),多元回归显示行动主义(β=0.337,P<0.01)、信任(β=0.291,P<0.01)、职业价值观(β=0.185,P<0.05)对自我领导力有正向预测作用,共解释了其27.8%的变异量。结论本科护生自我领导力水平为中等,与职业价值观呈正相关,护理教育者需重视职业价值观在提升本科护生自我领导力中的作用。
Objective To investigate the current status quo of self-leadership and occupational values of undergraduate nursing students and explore the relationship between them.Methods From April to May 2018, 433 undergraduate nursing students were selected by convenience sampling method and investigated using the general information questionnaire, self-leadership scale and occupational values scale.Results The average score of self-leadership and occupational values was 3.73+0.67 and 3.85+0.66 respectively.There was a positive correlation between self-leadership and occupational values ( P <0.01).Activism (β=0.337, P <0.01), trust (β=0.291, P <0.01)and occupational values (β=0.185, P <0.05)had positive predictive effect on self-leadership and explained its 27.8% of the variance.Conclusion The self-leadership level of undergraduate nursing students is medium, which is positively related to their professional values.Nursing educators should attach importance to the role of professional values in promoting undergraduate nursing students' self-leadership.
