浅谈病例讨论及文献抄读在普通外科研究生教育中的开展经验

Experience of Case Discussion and Literature Reading in the General Surgical Education for the Graduate Students

在普通外科研究生培养阶段,临床专业知识技能的学习和培训与科研思维的培养和训练同等重要,缺一不可。当前,普通外科相关疾病的诊疗方法及科学研究进展迅速,研究生在投身到繁重的临床学习工作之余,多半无暇自主地及时、准确获取最新的治疗指南及相关领域的科研动态信息。为了解决这一问题,哈尔滨医科大学附属第一临床医学院常规设立了研究生病例讨论及文献抄读活动,在师生间获得了良好的反馈评价,为普外科研究生教学质量的提升起到了重要的促进作用。

In the general surgical education for the graduate students, the clinical learning and scientific training are equally important.At present, the diagnosis and treatment methods for general surgical-related diseases have progressed rapidly, so does the related scientific research.During the arduous clinical studies, most graduate students are unable to obtain the latest treatment guidelines and relevant research information timely and accurately.In order to resolve this situation, a routine case discussion and literature reading activity for graduate students was established in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University.Positive feedbacks were received among teachers and students, and this activity has played an important role in promoting the quality of general surgical education for the graduate students.
