Centralized Clinical Practice Study on Organ-systems-based Teaching

目的比较以器官系统整合为基础的集中见习和常规教学模式见习的效果。方法跟踪调查我校2013、2014级临床专业学生见习效果,以器官系统整合为基础的集中见习班级为实验组,常规教学模式见习班级的为对照组,从教师评价、学生自我满意度调查,两组学生临床综合理论考试及技能操作考试成绩三个方面进行比较。结果教师评价方面,实验组的诊断能力、临床操作能力和自学能力优于对照组(P<0.05);学生满意度评价方面,实验组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);综合理论考试和技能操作考试成绩方面,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以器官系统整合为基础的临床集中见习效果优于常规教学模式的见习,能提高学生的技能操作水平和临床思维能力,值得推广应用。

Objective Compare the effect of common clinical practice and centralized clinical practice with Organ-systems-based teaching.Methods Follow-up survey was conducted to evaluate the clinical practice effect, in grade 2013 and 2014 clinical students in our school.The centralized clinical practice class with Organ-systems-based teaching is the experimental class.The common clinical practice is the control group.Two groups of students were compared in three aspects: teacher's evaluation, student self-satisfaction survey, clinical theory examination and skill operation test scores.Results In terms of teacher evaluation, the experimental class was superior to the control group in the ability of diagnosis, clinical operation ability and self-learning ability.The difference was statistically significant( P <0.05);The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant( P <0.05);The experimental group was superior to the control group in the clinical theory and skill operation test.The difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).Conclusion The centralized clinical practice with Organ-systems-based teaching is better than the common clinical practice.The improvement of students' skill level and clinical thinking ability is greatly improved.It is worth piloting.
