摘要
[目的]比较速生林桉木屑与天然林木屑的成型特性。[方法]对比速生林桉木屑与现有应用成熟的天然林硬杂木屑的成型差异,在WD-100KE型电子压力机上进行桉木屑与硬杂木屑的单颗粒压缩成型试验,研究成型参数水分8%~16%、温度80~160℃、压力4 000~8 000 N、粒径1~5 mm对成型指标松弛密度、比能耗、Meyer强度的影响。[结果]水分12%~14%、温度100~120℃、压力5 000~6 000 N、粒径2~3 mm为桉木屑及硬杂木屑较佳的成型参数范围;相同成型条件下,桉木屑与硬杂木屑相比松弛密度相差不大,但比能耗明显较高、颗粒Meyer强度明显较低。[结论]为了降低桉木屑成型能耗、提高颗粒强度及提高现有生产设备的原料适应性,可采用与现有硬杂木屑混配成型的方式,以提高成型效果。
[Objective]To compare the compression characteristics of eucalyptus sawdust and natural sawdust in fast-growing forest.[Method]Comparing with the compression properties between fast-growing forest eucalyptus sawdust and natural forest hardwood sawdust,the single pellet compression experiments were conducted on the WD-100KE type electronic pressure machine.The effects of compression parameters of moisture 8%-16%,temperature 80-160℃,pressure 4000-8000N,and particle size 1-5mm on relaxed density,specific energy consumption,Meyer hardness were investigated in detail.[Result]The suitable pellet production condition for eucalyptus sawdust was 12%-14%moisture,100-120℃temperature,5000-6000N pressure,and 2-3mm particle size.Compared eucalyptus sawdust with hardwood sawdust,the relaxed density was similar,the specific energy consumption was significantly higher,and the Meyer hardness was significantly lower.[Conclusion]Eucalyptus sawdust blended with hardwood sawdust could be adopted in order to reduce the energy consumption,improve pellets Meyer hardness and the adaptability of existing production equipment.
