临沂市甘薯产业现状与发展思考

Study on the Status and Development of Sweet Potato Industry in Linyi

临沂市是甘薯的传统主产区,种植面积稳定在5.33万hm2,已成为全国重要的鲜食型甘薯种植基地。为推进甘薯产业的健康发展,笔者分析了临沂市甘薯生产具有规模生产、栽培模式多样、新型经营主体规范的优势和存在品种更新换代慢、机械化程度低、加工水平低等问题,提出了发展方向和目标。

Linyi City is the traditional main producing area of sweet potato,and its planting area is stable at 53 300 hm^2,which has become an important national sweet potato planting base.In order to promote the healthy development of sweet potato industry,the author analyzed the advantages(Large-scale production,various cultivation modes,new type business subject)and main problems(slow variety replacement,low mechanization degree,and low processing level)of sweet potato production in Linyi City,and put forward the development direction and objectives.
