IPD模式下工程项目团队激励机制研究

摘要 自我国进入经济新常态阶段,建设工程大型化的趋势促使行业更加集成化,传统项目交付模式已无法满足行业需求.IPD模式通过建立项目团队,倡导参与方协同合作,实现项目收益最大化.在IPD团队中,如何激励各方信息共享与经验交流是急需研究的课题.因此,运用激励池与绩效目标奖励相结合的方式构建IPD团队的激励机制,以调动参与方积极性,提高各方收益;并求解激励模型,为IPD团队的激励方式提供借鉴,促进该模式在我国的推广与应用. Since China entered the new economic normal stage,the trend of large-scale construction projects to promote the industry more integrated,traditional project delivery model has been unable to meet the needs of the industry.IPD model through the establishment of the project team advocates the participants to work together for achievement of maximum project revenue.In the IPD team,how to encourage the parties to share information and experience exchange is an urgent need to the study of the subject.Therefore,the incentive mechanism of IPD team is constructed by using incentive pool and performance target reward to mobilize the enthusiasm of participants,and improve the profit of all parties.This paper uses the function relationship between the duration and the cost in solving the incentive model,and provides reference for the incentive mode of the IPD project team to promote the popularization and application of the model in our country.
