元数据方法在数字人文视域下的应用探索——以农业文化遗产为例

The Application of Metadata Methods in the Perspective of Digital Humanities: A Case Study of Agricultural Heritage

针对农业文化遗产数字信息资源管理及价值再现挖掘,本研究从人文对象数字化实体信息抽取、元数据元素定义与描述规范构建、基于元数据的信息库建设、元数据应用体系构建四个环节,探索了利用元数据方法开展人文对象规范化信息组织的应用过程。文章以农业文化遗产保护和研究为例,提炼了农业文化遗产数字资源的核心元数据集,选择了国际通用的都柏林元数据(DC)规范,并根据农业文化遗产特点进行元素扩展,采用RDF/XML描述方案,构建一套完整的人文对象数字资源元数据标准。实践表明,元数据方法的采用,有利于对数字人文对象的科学管理与研究应用。

According to the digital information resource management and value excitation for agricultural heritage,this research explores the process of standardizing information organization by using metadata methods and ideas from four links:the digital entity information extraction;the metadata element definition and construction of the description specification;the metadata based information base construction;the metadata application system construction.Taking the protection and research of agricultural heritage as an example,the paper refines the core metadata of the digital resources of agricultural heritage,selects the international general Dublin metadata(DC)specification,and expands the elements according to the characteristics of the agricultural heritage,and uses the RDF/XML description scheme to construct a complete set of digital metadata standards for human objects.Practice shows that the adoption of metadata method is conducive to the scientific management and research application of digital human objects.
