摘要
以1,1,2,2-四-(4-羟苯基)乙烯(TPE-OH)为原料,通过与4,4'-偶氮双(4-氰基戊酸)的酯化反应合成一种新型偶氮引发剂TPE-AZO,并引发单体甲基丙烯酸(MAA)聚合,制备得到两亲性多臂聚合物TPE-PMAA,再通过共沉淀法自组装形成尺寸约为200nm的聚合物纳米粒子.光学测试结果表明TPE-PMAA具有明显的聚集诱导发光(AIE)特性和荧光pH敏感响应性.因此,该聚合物纳米材料TPE-PMAA有望作为pH荧光探针、细胞显影剂和荧光生物探针等材料.
A novel azo initiator TPE-AZO was synthesized by esterification of 1,1,2,2-tetrakis(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethylene(TPE-OH)with 4,4’-azobiazo(4-cyanovalerate)and polymerization of monomer methacrylic acid(MAA)was triggered.The amphiphilic multi-arm polymer TPE-PMAA was prepared and self-assembled by coprecipitation to form polymer nanoparticles with a size of about200 nm.Optical measurement results show that TPE-PMAA has obvious aggregation-induced emission(AIE)characteristics and fluorescence pH sensitive response.Therefore,TPE-PMAA is expected to be used as material for pH fluorescent probe,cell developer and fluorescent bio-probe.
