基于UG弧齿锥齿轮参数化建模及动力学仿真 被引量:3

摘要 根据弧齿锥齿轮的形成原理和加工方法,推导弧齿锥齿轮的齿廓方程和齿面节线方程。在UG三维建模环境下,通过对弧齿锥齿轮基本参数的输入,实现对弧齿锥齿轮的参数化建模,并对建好的模型进行虚拟装配和动力学仿真分析。检验模型是否存在干涉以及齿轮的啮合特性质量,以此来提高机械设计人员在虚拟环境下对弧齿锥齿轮的设计和使用效率。 According to the forming principle and processing method of the spiral bevel gear,the tooth profile equation of the spiral bevel gear is derived.In the UG 3D modeling environment,the parametric modeling of the spiral bevel gear is realized by inputting the basic parameters of the spiral bevel gear.In order to improve the efficiency of the design and the efficiency of the spiral bevel gear in the virtual environment,the testing model has the interference and the meshing quality.
