信号理论在推进我国分级诊疗中的作用

目的:对患者选择医生的信号行为进行研究,为建立我国分级诊疗制度提供政策建议。方法:利用信号理论分析患者就医行为。结果:医院具有一定的品牌效应,增加医生即可以大幅度增加门诊人次,社区卫生服务中心(站)中研究生以上学历医生产生较强的信号效应,农村地区则未呈现出信号作用。结论:政府可制定"多赢"策略,提高社区卫生服务中心的研究生学历以上医生数量,农村地区则需要增加乡村医生和卫生员数量,以促进我国分级诊疗制度的顺利实施。

Objective;To study the signal behavior that the patients selectet their doctors, so as to provide policy suggestions for the establishment of the system of classification diagnosis and treatment in China. Methods;The signal theory was used to analyze the patient's medical behavior. Results;The hospital had a certain brand effect and increased the number of outpatients. Doctors by graduate degree or above in the community health service centers had strong signal effects, while the rural areas showed no signal effect. Conclusion;The government can make "win win" strategy to improve the number of doctors in the community health service center, and increase the number of rural doctors and health workers in rural areas, so as to promote the smooth implementation of our hierarchical diagnosis system.
