Research on Evaluation Framework of Sustainable Development of Infectious Disease Hospitals Based on Social Responsibility

基于社会责任理论,从利益相关方视角,扩展使用VPI(价值观-过程-影响)概念模型,形成传染病医院可持续发展评估框架。结合利益相关方与医院不同战略领域的关系,构建战略矩阵,从社会责任实践和影响两方面列出具体指标,构建全面评价传染病医院可持续发展的指标体系。传染病医院社会责任应与医院的发展战略和管理实践相结合,全面融入运营管理,作为重要管理工具持续改进和促进医院可持续发展。

Based on the theory of social responsibility, a stakeholder perspective was adopted and the VPI (Values-Process-Influence) concept model was expanded to form a framework for the assessment of sustainable development of infectious disease hospitals. In combination with the relationship between stakeholders and different strategic areas of the hospital, a strategic matrix was constructed, and specific indicators were listed in terms of social responsibility practices and impacts, and a comprehensive evaluation index system for the sustainable development of infectious disease hospitals was formed. Infectious Diseases Hospital social responsibility should be integrated with the hospital's development strategy and management practices, fully integrated into the hospital's operation and management, and used as an important management tool to continuously improve and promote the sustainable development of the hospital.
