基于专家咨询法的多学科联合诊疗模式评价指标的构建

Construction of Evaluation Indicators of Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Mode Baed on Expert Consultation Method

目的:从患者视角对多学科联合诊疗模式在医疗服务客观可及性和患者主观感受性两方面进行分析,筛选出有效的评价指标,初步建立多学科联合诊疗模式的评价体系。方法:通过文献复习法、专题讨论法和专家咨询法,确定咨询专家、设计咨询表征求专家意见并进行整理、分析。结果:通过2轮专家咨询,初步建立了由5个一级指标和24个二级指标组成的评价体系。该体系结构稳定,涵盖了评价多学科联合诊疗模式的主要维度。结论:该评价指标体系认可度高,体现了医疗保障性和服务可靠性的重要性。

Objective;To analyze the objective accessibility and subjective sensibility of multidisciplinary joint diagnosis and treatment model in medical services from the perspective of patients, so as to screen out effective evaluation indicators, and initially establish the evaluation system of multidisciplinary joint diagnosis and treatment model. Methods;Through literature review method, thematic discussion method and expert consultation method, consultant experts and design consultation representation are identified and analyzed. Results;Through two rounds of expert consultation, a preliminary evaluation system consisting of 5 first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators was established. The system structure is stable and covers the main dimensions of evaluating the multidisciplinary joint diagnosis and treatment model. Conclusion;The evaluation index system is highly recognized and reflects the importance of medical security and service reliability.
