邢台市某县医院医务人员职业认知、工作满意度与职业倦怠的相关性研究 被引量:12

Study on Correlation Between Occupational Cognition,Job Satisfaction and Job Burnout of Medical Staff in a County Hospital in Xingtai City

摘要 目的:了解县级医务人员职业认知、工作满意度与职业倦怠的现状及相关性,为县级医院人力资源管理提供依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,选取邢台市某县医院134名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果:医务人员职业认知、工作满意度、职业倦怠得分分别为(65.89±7.04)、(74.26±11.13)、(37.81±6.61);女性、≤30岁、护士、行政、后勤、学历为高中/中专、无职称医务人员的职业认知状况显著高于同组其他人员(P<0.05),女性、行政、后勤和初级或无职称医务人员的工作满意度显著高于同组其他人员(P<0.05),各类人群的职业倦怠无显著性差异(P>0.05);医务人员职业认知与工作满意度呈正相关(R=0.736)、与职业倦怠呈负相关(R=-0.408),工作满意度与职业倦怠不相关(P>0.05)。结论:县级医院医务人员职业认知情况一般,工作满意,倦怠程度不高;不同类型医务人员职业认知与工作满意度各异,其中性别、岗位、职称为共同的可能影响因素;医务人员认为工作内外情况越好,对此工作越满意,职业倦怠感越弱。 Objective;To understand the status,relevance and explore the influencing factors of occupational cognition, job satisfaction and job burnout of medical staff in a county of Xingtaicity to provide the basis for the management of health human resources. Methods;A stratified random sampling method was used to select 134 medical personnel in Renxian County Hospital of Xingtai city. Results;The overall score of occupational cognition, job satisfaction, job burnout in county-level hospitals is(65.89 + 7.04),(74.26 + 11.13),(37.81 + 6.61). The occupational cognition of female, less than 30 years old, nurses, administrative and logistics personnel, education was high school / secondary school, medical staff with no title is significantly higher than that of the other people ( P <0.05). The job satisfaction of female, administrative, logistics and primary or non-professional medical personnel is significantly higher than that of other people in the same group ( P <0.05). There is no significant difference in occupational burnout among various groups of people ( P >0.05). There was a positive correlation between occupational cognition and job satisfaction of medical staff in county hospitals ( R =0.736), negative correlation with job burnout (R=-0.408), and job satisfaction was not related to job burnout ( P >0.05). Conclusion;The medical staff of county hospitals have normal occupational awareness, job satisfaction, and low level of burnout. The occupational cognition and job satisfaction of different types of medical staff are different, among which gender, position, and job title are the common possible influencing factors. The medical staff believe that the better the situation inside and outside their own professional work is, the more satisfying the job is and the weaker the sense of burnout is.
