综合干预对广州市某医院自闭症患儿家长心理弹性和社会支持的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Intervention on Mental Resilience and Social Supports of Parents of Autistic Spectrum Disorder Children in Guangzhou City

目的:探索通过综合干预对自闭症患儿家长心理弹性和社会支持影响的效果及提升方法。方法:对2017年5月在某三甲医院进行康复训练的自闭症患儿家长进行综合干预和个别辅导,采用自闭症患儿家庭基本情况调查表、特殊儿童家长心理弹性问卷和社会支持评定量表对患儿家长进行问卷调查。结果:通过开展"呵护星星的你"、"蓝色图书馆"以及个别辅导等综合干预措施,干预组患儿家长心理弹性的精神支持因子得分显著高于对照组,干预前后差异性分析显示干预组社会支持总分的改善程度优于对照组。结论:本研究提供的综合干预能改善患儿家长心理弹性,而要显著提高患儿家长的社会支持,还需要提高社会关注度、增强专业性指导以及将干预融入患儿的家庭训练。

Objective;To explore the effects and methods of comprehensive intervention on the resilience and social support of parents of ASD children. Methods;General demographic data,Special child's parents resilience inventory, support revalued scale and semi-structured interviews were used to investigated parents of ASD children when they accepted comprehensive intervention and Individual tutoring in a hospital in May, 2017. Results;By comprehensive intervention, there was significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in spirit support factors in resilience of parents of ASD children. The difference analysis before and after intervention showed that the improvement of the total score of social support in the intervention group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion;Comprehensive intervention provided in the study can improve resilience of parents, while it's necessary to increase social concern, professional guidance and voluntary services beneficial to rehabilitation training at home to significant improve social supports of parents of ASD children.
