摘要
临床技能在临床实践中占据重要地位。本文结合操作标准流程教学法及教学评价,总结出以四步教学法为主体的改良四步临床技能床边教学法,即建立某一临床技能操作的标准流程,进行四步教学法教学及教学评价。以武汉市某医院血液净化中心为教学试点,以颈内静脉穿刺置管术为教学内容,实施改良四步教学法。该教学方法操作流程统一、教学目标灵活、教学反馈及时,加强了学生对操作全过程各步骤的理解及执行力,缩短了学生掌握颈内静脉穿刺置管术的时间,培养了学生对患者的人文关怀意识,学生认知度高,满意度高,教学效果良好,对实际临床技能床边教学具有较好的指导意义。
Clinical skills occupy an important position in clinical practice. We combined the standard operation process teaching method and teaching evaluation, summed up the four step teaching method as the main body of the improved four step clinical skills of bedside teaching method. That is, the first to establish a standard procedure for the operation of a clinical skills, followed by four steps of teaching method (including play demonstration video, teaching standard process of the operation, the teacher demonstration operation plus explanation the operation steps, students repeating the standard process, and students demonstration the actual operation in the teacher's supervision), and finally followed by teaching evaluation. We take the blood purification center of one hospital in Wuhan as a teaching environment, the internal jugular vein catheterization as the teaching content, and to implement of the improved four step teaching method. It has the advantages of operation process unity, flexible teaching objectives, teaching feedback promptly. This teaching method was adopted to strengthen the students' understanding and execution of the whole operation process, shorten the time for the students to master the operation of internal jugular vein catheterization, and cultivate the students' awareness of humanistic care. The high recognition and satisfaction of the teaching method from students indicates a good effect of the improved four step teaching method.
