摘要
脂肪酶是一种应用广泛的生物催化剂,然而它在恶劣环境中容易失去活性,并且在催化反应结束后难以回收再利用.针对这些问题,我们制备了以微乳液凝胶为基础的同时载有脂肪酶和pH敏感性聚合物聚4-乙烯基吡啶(P4VP)的固体材料.酶活性测试实验表明该方法可以有效地改进脂肪酶在较低pH环境中的稳定性.
Lipase is a widely applied biocatalyst,but it is easy to be inactive in the harsh environments and hard to recycle after catalyzing reactions.In view of these problems,the solid materials containing both the lipase and the pH-sensitive polymer poly(4-vinylpyridine)(P4VP)were prepared by gelling the microemulsions.The enzyme activity assays show that this method can effectively improve the stability of lipase in a lower pH environment.
