摘要
提出了一种新型的金属氧化物制粉系统,包括熔化炉、制粉炉、旋风分离机、氧化炉、水冷装置和粉碎机;熔化炉、制粉炉、旋风分离机、氧化炉和粉碎机依次连接,水冷装置在氧化炉和粉碎机之间。该系统能实现固体金属氧化物到金属氧化物粉末的连续自动化生产。制粉效率高、粒度均匀、纯度高,并且经充分冷却粉碎后的粉料可以直接装袋,方便快捷,避免粉料中落入灰尘。
The paper puts forward a new type of metal oxide pulverizing system,including a melting furnace,pulverizing furnace,cyclone separator,oxidation furnace,water cooler and grinder.The melting furnace,pulverizing furnace,cyclone separator,oxidation furnace and grinder are sequentially connected while the water cooler is set between the oxidation furnace and grinder.The system can achieve continuous and automatic production from solid metal oxides to metal oxide powder with high efficiency,uniform grain size and high purity.After full cooling and grinding the powder can be directly packaged into bags,avoiding dust falling into the powder.
