摘要
基于Fluent,采用标准k-ε模型和离散颗粒模型对某高炉煤气洗净塔进行数值模拟。对比分析了不同的喷淋层高度、液气比、液滴直径和喷淋液出口速度对出口煤气温度的影响。结果表明,综合考虑降温效果与经济性,数值模拟可以对喷淋层高度,液气比,液滴直径,喷淋液出口速度等进行优化。
The BF gas washing tower was numerically simulated by using standard k-εmodel and discrete particle model based on Fluent.The effect of different spray layer height,liquid-gas ratio,liquid drop diameter and nozzle outlet velocity on exit gas temperature was compared and analyzed.Results showed that the numerical simulation can optimize the spray layer height,liquid-gas ratio,liquid drop diameter and nozzle outlet velocity when comprehensively considering the temperature reduction effect and economic performance.
