摘要
为满足新建30 MW发电机组用气要求及转炉煤气的有效使用,用煤气工艺是把转炉煤气掺入到高炉煤气管道中混合后,送到30 MW发电机组燃烧,由于高炉煤气压力在8.0 kPa左右,原来5万m3转炉柜加压总管压力在7.0 kPa左右,无法从总管取气加入。提出改造3万m3柜出口管、回流管、加压机,直接加压后参入混合输送,满足要求,进一步优化两个柜转炉煤气输送工艺,充分利用,达到降本增效目的。
To meet the gas demand of the 30 MW generator and for effective use of converter gas,the converter gas is mixed into BFG pipes and delivered to the 30 MW gen erator for combustion.As the BFG pressure is at about 8.0 kPa while the pressure of the existing 50 000 m^3 converter gasholder pressurized main pipe is at about 7.0 kPa,the gas cannot be taken out from the main pipe.It is proposed to transform the exit pipe,backflow pipe and pressure booster of the 30 000 m^3 gasholder,mix and deliver after direct pressurizing to meet demand,which optimizes the gas delivery process between the two gasholders,makes full use of the gas and achieves the goal of cost reduction and performance improvement.
