凝汽器不锈钢管和铜管换热面抗结垢能力分析 被引量:4

摘要 循环水中含有Ca2+、Mg2+等离子,容易在黄铜材质的凝汽器管壁结垢,造成凝汽器管换热效果降低,而凝汽器管采用不锈钢材质,可以有效降低凝汽器结垢速率,并在实际生产中得以验证。 Circulating water containing Ca^2+and Mg^2+ions tends to cause scaling on the copper condenser pipe walls,reducing heat exchange effect.Condenser tubes adopting stainless steel material can effectively reduce scaling rate,which has been proved by practical production application.
