摘要 某钢厂电炉除尘2#风机存在振动大,故障率高,无故障周期短的问题,为降低设备的振动,提升设备可靠性和安全性,在设备振动频谱分析与永磁耦合器性能分析的基础上,采用了永磁耦合器进行改造。改造后设备振动降低了40%~90%,无故障周期显著提升。 The No.2 dedusting fan of some EAF plant had the problem of excessive vibration,high failure rate and short no-failure period.To reduce the vibration and improve the reliability and safety of the fan,the plant carried out a transformation to install a permanent magnet coupler based on vibration spectrum analysis and performance analysis of the permanent magnet coupler,which has reduced equipment vibration by 40%-90%and significantly increased no-failure period of the equipment.
