摘要
某钢厂设计采用超滤及反渗透、钠滤膜、生物滤池、芬顿、高级氧化等工艺的组合对生产回用水进行深度处理,实际运行中这套工艺缺陷也较多,运行成本高,经过对原工艺改进后,在满足出水达标的情况下,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
A steel plant adopted the combined processes of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis,sodium filter membrane,biological filter,Fenton and advanced oxidation for deep treatment of production reuse water.In practical operation this combined process had various faults with high operation cost,so a process transformation was carried out,which has improved production efficiency and reduced cost while meeting the requirement on water quality.
