摘要
以426位潜在女性创业者为研究对象,利用SPSS 22.0软件和Process 2.16插件实证检验了工作要求和工作资源对女性创业意愿的推动和拉动作用。结果表明:工作要求和工作资源均与女性创业意愿有显著的正相关关系;工作要求和工作资源通过由边界属性(弹性/渗透性)到工作―家庭关系(冲突/增益)的链式中介作用分别对女性创业意愿产生推力和拉力;目前在我国女性创业意愿的形成过程中,工作资源对女性创业意愿的拉动作用大于工作要求的推动作用。
Taking 426 potential female entrepreneurs as the respondents,this paper studies empirically the pushing effect of work demand and work resource on female entrepreneurial intention by using SPSS 22.0 and Process 2.16.The results are as follows:work demand'and work resource are positively related to female entrepreneurial intention;work demand and work resource have pushing and pulling effects on female entrepreneurial intention respectively,in which boundary attributes(flexibility and permeability)and work-family relationship(conflict and enrichment)are exerting serial mediating effects;for Chinese women,the pulling effect of work resource on entrepreneurial intention is greater than the pushing effect of work demand.
