摘要
劳动分工虽然推动生产力发展,但是,也造成生产关系层面劳动异化。从政治经济学视角,可以构建"劳动分工——劳动异化——收入不平等"的逻辑分析框架。从生产、分配、交换、消费四个方面来看,劳动分工可以引起劳动异化,劳动异化又可以引起收入不平等,分工导致的异化是收入不平等的根源。为此,应以实现生产资料公有制、分工与协作相结合、加强国民全面教育等形式,消除分工所造成的劳动异化,解决收入不平等问题。
Although the division of labor promotes the development of productive forces,it also results in the alienation of labor at the level of production relations.From the perspective of political economy,the paper constructed a logical analysis framework of"division of labor-labor alienation_income inequality".From the aspects of production,distribution,exchange,consumption,the division of labor can causes labor alienation,labor alienation can cause income inequality,and alienation caused by division of labor is the source of income inequality.Therefore,we should realize public ownership of the means of production,the combination of division of labor and cooperation,strengthen national compreherivsive education and eliminate labor alienation caused by the division of labor,solve the problem of income inequality.
