摘要
文章利用单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验,采用乙醇浸提法测定地果茎叶的总黄酮含量。结果表明,影响地果茎叶总黄酮得率的因素依次为提取温度>提取时间>料液比。地果茎叶总黄酮的最佳提取条件:提取剂为95%的乙醇,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为2.5 h,料液比为1∶15。
By single-factor test and orthogonal test of L9(3^4),the paper makes use of ethanol extraction method to measure total flavonoids content from Stems and leaves of Ficus Tikoua Bur..The results shows that the sequence of factors affecting the yield of total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Ficus Tikoua Bur.:extraction temperature>extraction time>solid-liquid ratio.The results also show that the optimal extraction conditions of extracting total flavonoids from Stems and leaves of Ficus Tikoua Bur.include:95%ethanol as extractant,extraction temperature for 80℃,extraction time for 2.5 hours,and solid-liquid ratio for 1:15.
