“一带一路”背景下新疆维吾尔自治区边(跨)境旅游发展模式及途径研究

Study on the Mode and Approach of Outbound(Cross) Tourism Development of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region under the Background of "The Belt and Road"

文章以国家"一带一路"顶层战略为背景,以中国新疆维吾尔自治区边(跨)境旅游的发展为主要研究对象,运用动态分析法、文献分析法与实证研究法,分析了新疆维吾尔自治区边(跨)境旅游发展的现状,并总结边(跨)境旅游模式,即:基于合作主体构建下的边(跨)境旅游发展模式(跨境旅游合作区模式与边境区域内旅游联动模式)、基于空间结构开发下的边(跨)境旅游发展模式(边境口岸增长极模式、廊道外探内延模式与点线面空间拓展模式)、基于特色领域创新下的边(跨)境旅游发展模式[边(跨)境生态旅游模式、边(跨)境服务保障旅游模式],并针对不同模式提出了相关的优化发展策略与途径,以期服务于我国边(跨)境旅游的发展。

Taking the National Belt and Road Top Strategy as the background and the development of border(cross)tourism in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as the research object,using dynamic analysis,document analysis and case study,the article analyzes the status quo of tourism development in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and summarizes the border(cross)tourism model,which is the development mode of border(cross)tourism based on cooperation partners'construction(Cross Border Tourism Cooperation Area Model and Tourism Linkage Model in Border Areas),development mode of border(cross)tourism based on spatial structure development(Growth Pole Model of Border Ports,Interlaced Outwardly Extending Corridor Model and Spatial Expansion Model of Point,Line and Surface),development mode of frontier(cross)tourism based on innovation in characteristic areas(Ecotourism Model and Service Guarantee Tourism Model in the Border and Cross Border Areas).And this paper puts forward relevant optimized development strategy and ways for different modes in order to serve the development of border(cross)tourism in China.
