“一带一路”倡议下中国企业对老挝直接投资问题研究

Research on Chinese Enterprise's FDI into Laos under BRI

在东盟10国中,老挝作为中国实施与大湄公次区域经济合作和东盟互联互通战略的主要阵地,其地缘优势相当明显。"一带一路"倡议的提出,更是为中国企业对老挝直接投资提供了广阔的平台,为其与老挝的贸易畅通与资金融通提供了保障。在此契机下,越来越多的中国企业积极赴老进行投资。但是,老挝作为成长中的新兴市场,投资的机会与风险并存。文章从中国企业在老直接投资的现状入手,重点研究了在"一带一路"倡议的指引下,中国企业在老挝投资的机会和风险,并给出了中企在全球化战略中如何做好风险控制的意见和建议。

As the main position for China to implement the Greater Mekong Sub-region Economic Cooperation and ASEAN Inter-connection Strategy,Laos has obvious geographical advantages among the 10 ASEAN countries.Moreover,the Belt&Road Initiative offers a broad platform for Chinese enterprises to invest in Laos and provides security for their unimpeded trade and financing with Laos.Under this opportunity,an increasing number of Chinese enterprises are positively investing in the Laos.However,as a growing emerging market,investment opportunities and risks coexist in Laos.Hence,starting with the current situation of Chinese enterprises'direct investment in Laos,the paper focuses on studying the opportunities and risks under the guidance of the Belt&Road Initiative and provides views and suggestions on how to control the risks for Chinese enterprises in the globalization strategy as well.
